Welcome to a New Rotary year!

Dear Rotarians,

Rotary is People of Action. We are where neighbors, friends and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders and take action to create lasting change.

We are being met with unforeseen challenges in our world and I am so proud to be taking these issues on together with you. Our mission, "Service Above Self" will help build connection to each other and our community even when we may feel so separated.

The health and safety of our members and community will be a top priority as we move through this year together.

I am so excited about OUR upcoming year and the actions WE will take to create lasting change in the world.

It is my honor to be of service to our club and community.

Thank you,
President Mary Christensen

Rotary in Action:  Over the past 100-plus days, our club has used funds to purchase computer tablets for senior assisted living and nursing homes, so that residents and tenants can stay connected to family and friends.  Relationships were established with local businesses that provided donated flowers to folks.  Ice cream treats, soda and snacks were delivered, too!  You can be a part of this activity.  Please call club member, Carol Parrish to take part.

Heart Safe Plymouth has help train folks to properly use hands-only CPR and AED, automated external defibrillator, for several years.  Sessions scheduled in April and May were cancelled, but it is our hope we can resume public and business sessions this fall. We will update.

Thank you to the club members Russ, Don and trainer Norm who have coordinated this work.  Plymouth MN Rotary is proud to support.

Our Brewfest fundraiser that raises funds for Heart Safe was cancelled for 2020.  We are looking ahead for 2021.

Congratulations to the new Rotary District 5950 Governor Tom Gump.  He will join us as our speaker on Thursday, July 9th.  For District 5950 information, please click here.
